my normal temp always runs below average, my hand and feet are usually ice cold.... but lately ive just be radiating heat. i'll wake up at night and my bed will feel like an oven, i have to move to a different spot and flip my blanket and pillows over... last night i cracked a window to let some cold it (i cant really control the temperature in my apartment) and right now i feel unusually warm, but not feverish in any way. i guess i shouldnt be complaining... it seems like it must be a good thing... increased blood circulation or metabolism or something, im just really not accustomed to being this warm. what gives?

im not sick though! i feel like its related to changes in my diet but im not sure if its more a circulation thing or a metabolism thing or what.

the state fair is going on here right now and a bunch of pigs that run the pig races caught swine flu from humans :(

enough kids at my school got swine flu that they changed the attendence policy to basically not having one and telling people to stay home if they felt sick. swine flu is such a cooler name than h1n1.
