I've been stoked on the trailer for awhile. I adored the book and I'm actually expecting the movie to live up to it.

I really didn't think there was anything outstanding about the book at all...especially when compared to No Country,All the Pretty Horses and Blood Meridian...but the movie looks promising...CANNIBALS!...
i saw it last night and it's amazing, it should get some oscar nominations

i saw a festival cut a few months ago. hmm.. i liked it, viggo mortensen (and his beard) are amazing, the art direction is beautiful and the soundtrack (by nick cave and warren ellis) is lovely. but something was missing. i think perhaps the kid annoyed me. he looks as if he's just had a happy meal all the time. i don't mean we should force a kid to get all METHOD on us but.. eh. i didn't like his acting at all.

it's a limited release at the moment I believe.
I really liked it. Probably won't be watching it again as it's not exactly a really feel good/non-disturbing movie. But I think they did the best job they could of capturing the book. (y)
