But it's not meant to be...I'm not sure that it ever was...I appreciate and recognize your exotic mediterranean heritage but my attempts of consumption will continue no longer...even when they hide you in a schwarma or donair,I am disapointed and take afront at your consistant attempts to achieve meat substitute status...sure your easy on the digestive track and posess high nutritional value...but...you're just not tasty nuff...theres not enough tahini in the world to make me feel otherwise...it's over between us...at least until I see around my sisters place again...adieu

The lebanese community in Montreal make the best falafels. Its my favorite "fast food" there.

I also make them at home using that pre-mix and bake them in muffin tins. THE BEST

they can be pretty dry but nothing that a large amount of hummus can't solve!
