So, um.. I have been slightly putting a new addition to my chin and the gut. Right now, my neck almost looks as if a midget has me in a headlock- i.e. double chin.
Love handles- check. The need for possible skid plates to prevent my thighs from rubbing and putting holes in my pants- check.
I suppose the main reason this is happening is because I have "quit" smoking. I haven't quite quit though because I'll smoke some cheap cigars here and there when I'm having some beers. I'm just not smoking a pack and a half a day everyday like I used to so I'm kinda using food to fill the void because my appetite has skyrocketed.
Since I have gotten onto dayshift and can get home while the sun is still up, I now have more energy and can accomplish more things such as getting my lazy ass down and doing push-ups and sit-ups again.
Watching what I eat also will be more easy to accomplish because when I word nightshift, there was only a few selections of places to eat and all were served with a side of grease unless I wanted to come extra out of my pocket and eat sushi every night.
So, anyone else want to get rid of some extra cellulite? Come on in. It would motivate me more because I am getting lazy in my age and a little kick in the ass would help fine.
I'll try to keep this updated with my exercises and what I ate and it would be great if anyone else could contribute..
Also, we should kidnap Scary and Alruggs and keep them for research on their secret strategy.:D
