I don't think any of the other albums are contenders for best Tribe album.
Overall, I think MM has aged better. Naturally, you can't deny the influence Low End had. I think the general consensus is that it's the superior of the two. Admittedly, I still keep Check The Rhime, Buggin Out, The Infamous Date Rape, and Vibes And Stuff in rotation. But a lot of it is kinda dated in either sound (Show Business, Verses From The Abstract) or in theme (Skypager).
On the other hand, I can still listen to MM all the way through without skipping. Steve Biko, Sucka Nigga, The Chase Pt. 2, Oh My God, and Clap Ya Hands (wut wut, roosta) are completely timeless. Plus Phife improved a lot by MM. Also, the cover is probably one the best album covers ever.
They're both classics, but:
MM > Low End
