it's true. anyone noticed?

the last 2 or 3 seasons, they've had TMU as background music atleast once a episode. this season; they had the beat from the Root Down (free zone mix) in the first episode... this current episode, they have Gratitude playing the background over a Corvette.

just... saying. it's actually quite smart because Capital/BBoys would be getting a fair chunk of money from this. not that they'd care about that, i guess.

I heard that too last night. I think it's something to do with either BBC2 or the production company that make Top Gear. Maybe the sound guy's a beastie nut?

They also use a lot of the tracks from TISFWO for similar programmes.

I also saw the new Star Trek this weekend...I never saw it at the cinema and I had forgotten that it had Sabotage in it (y)

I notice it a lot with DJ Shadow. Its rare an episode goes by with out it

As far as I'm aware the bbc actually just pays a lump sum to the record labels each year regardless of how much the music is use. I heard Stephen Fry mention this a couple of months back.
