i think the album's a grower. at first i thought it was just weird, especially considering all the hard shit he did with the stooges; but every time i put it on, i enjoy it more and more. in fact i'd call it a classic.

it's totally a bowie album though.

Yeah, it's definitely even more of a Bowie album than Lust For Life was. Bowie's version of China Girl is superior though, albeit much more Pop.

I think Dum Dum Boys is a highpoint.
