well you'd need to have known where to look. it was the only star in that area of the sky though really. below and to the left of two regular bright stars, which happens to be the edge of gemini or something!

I have google sky map on my phone so I'll have a look at that.

According to that it has some way to come up round the sky before its visible. And then the cloud would have to clear so I don't think it'll be that easy to see.
