Beastie Boys - No Sleep 'Til Brooklyn (Live Montreux Rock 1987).avi

Excellent video quality and the performance beats all the 2009 covers (including hova) hands down -- sweet find (y)

I think I've seen bits and pieces of this before. Very nice find. That vibe they have there is what drew me to the Beasties in 1986!

And for a comparison from just over a year ago. This performance from last year in Milwaukee is very nice.

The video/audio quality beats anything I've seen from that decade on YouTube.

Some of the crowd looks a little lethargic, though.

Thanks

Yep good quality, it seems that it has been shot on film and not video (you can spot a camera at the end)

When the Beasties charted with No Sleep Till Brooklyn, the BBC used that footage for Top of the Pops. I remember watching and knowing instantly that these were gonna be my idols.
