Underrated, overrated or neither?

I was leaning toward overrated until I heard Exhibit C (http://usershare.net/4zzl7wdya4bg). I'm getting a '94 Nas mixed with The Blueprint vibe from it.

I don't really talk to anyone about the song, so I haven't heard it being hyped at all, but I can imagine. It reminds me of Killah Priest more than '94 Nas, though.

i havent heard it personally from people, as most of the people who listen to rap around my listen to mainstream garbage or dont listen to rap at all.

its more on XM/Serius and a slew of online best of 09 song lists that had C as their song of the year. like yea its a plenty good song, but the song of 09? naaah.

Song of 09, it's a tricky call. I liked Empire State of Mind quite a bit, but I'm a dork like that. New Wu, I jocked that to people.
