Ok, so who else thinks this is going to be just like every other Tim Burton movie?
I mean, come on. Everything about this movie adds up to "just another Burton film". Gothic whimsy? Check. An overabundance of CGI? Check. Johnny Depp in makeup feat. that reliable english accent of his? Check! and I'm sure Helena Bonham Carter has to be in there somewhere too.

i'll see it.
this morning i received some ENORMOUS alice in wonderland standees and canvas posters of each of the characters that are seriously about 10 foot big. i was like 'erm, do they realise we're a little independent cinema?' thanks disney! we probably won't be showing it because it's too big a release but if anyone wants any free merchandise.. haha.
