Yeah, I posted this in my previous post - I can kinda see why China did it as they have the right to be pissed off with developed countries but it was still pretty low of them when we are trying to work towards a global goal of keeping our planet habitable.

And the fact China are more likely to suffer the effects of climate change before Europe and America, it doesn't seem like a tactic that is gonna benefit anyone.
