rafa benitez is doing a sterling job keeping the scousers underachieving, long may his reign of shitness continue

the 2nd booking was harsh and although the ref dropped a bollock there was no need for all the liverpool players, subs and staff to harass the referee, gerrard should have just spoken to the ref to ask him to check with the linesman

you were right about torres not scoring though

A Man Utd fan talking about harassing the referee and giving opinions about Liverpool! Just watching Man Utd - Hull at the moment - already heard a song about Liverpool.

The referee had decided to give the booking already - a fair booking considering the last time I checked pulling a player back by shirt after he's run past you is a foul. The Liverpool players overreacted, but I suppose the honest Wolves players would have pointed out the referee's mistake. They aren't cheaters like that terrible Gerrard.

The wolves players weren't trying to make anyone's decision for them. plus it clearly wasn't a foul on Lucas. He was barely touched and fell over like a sack of shit. Also, if breathing on someone and making them fall over is a yellow card, is stamping on Stephen Ward's foot not a yellow card?

We were done a severe injustice and my stance on that won't change.

If you were done a severe injustice blame the referee who had already decided to bring out a yellow card rather than list everyone at Melwood. Yes, stamping on a foot is a yellow card - but obviously the referee didn't see it.

Wolves are hardly the epitome of sportsmanship right now anyway, but at least they brought their first team to Anfield to roll over. 60/40 possession to Liverpool, 10 shots on target to 2, 7 corners vs. 1 corner. If that's a team that was done a severe injustice they didn't really try and rectify it.

i did blame the referee, he was in my list. In the first half we had the better of the chances. sure you had more possession but it's liverpool at anfield what do you expect? the most you did with it was pass around the box then get frustrated and shoot, which is where most of the corners came from. Until the sending off we were 100% in that game. A large percentage of the stats you've just quoted were attained after the red card incident as well i'd have thought.

The team at Man Utd had something like 6 full internationals in it and were all first team players so you're wrong there as well. and if scraping past a newly promoted team that matched you at anfield and finished on ten men is what you call rolling someone over, please tell me what you consider a tightly contested match?

i'm not going to deny that utd players arent guilty of giving the ref too much but i was only commenting on that situation which was a bit excessive given what had actually happened.

having said that , the 2nd booking was soft but ward was at fault a bit.
i only saw motd but the first half looked evenish in terms of chances.

I offer opinions on lots of teams and players, i like talking about football.
