Are delicious,yes…post your varying takes on the mash…
The most decadent way I do them is with a butter, whipping cream,parsley,garlic and little minced bits of fried pancetta (you can use regular bacon)…this is essentially the filling used to make croquettes…dynamite…over Christmas I some that had baker and sweet potato in the mix…I want to make a mashed potato volcano and fill it with gravy this weekend…

a little tip from college: if you have shitty instant mashed, putting some ceasar dressing in them fixes it right up ....

I usually make mine with lots of butter, some milk/half&half and some garlic herb cream cheese....rich but yummy!

For instant mash, get Smash. And loads of butter, cream cheese, salt and pepper.
