My Mother's macaroni and cheese.. I don't know what she does special, I mean it's only some macaronis' and some cheese, but OMG, it's Goooood!

Mother is usually a good cook in my family, but my dad oh i would have to have the meatloaf he makes, with a side of mashed potatoes, and he makes the best ribs ever. The ingredient is love.

yeah, I think I've responded to a thread like this before. I have a new one though:

there are these big handmade spinach raviolis you can buy frozen. I like to put a little olive oil in a pan and fry them with some salt, then I sprinkle a little bit of good-quality mozzarella on one side and wait til it melts. then I flip it to brown the mozzarella. THEN, I sprinkle louisiana hot sauce on them and eat! it doesn't sound like much, but it's delicious. the inside of the raviolis is a flavorful delight, that's only enhanced by the crispy chewy shell.


mmm. maybe I'll get some tomorrow. if they're available...I've only seen the plain cheese ones for the past few months. :(
