I've never dated a teenager in proper dating years. I popped my cherry when I was 19 but that was with some1 older than me, anyway...

...not sure how comfortable I should be with this. She also lists Christian something or other - do they put out? Even worse, what if she doesn't believe in evolution?

So now I've made a teenage-drama thread it seems all because facebook gives me too much information. Yup.

i feel 25 is the best age for dating. (not just because i am it now) but because you can date someone 5 years younger at 20ish, and 5 years older at 30ish and still be able to connect with them on a decent amount of levels.

I've dated a few health professionals and they are either borderline drug addicts or really sweet. I think she is the latter.

Its a good point actually. Thinking about it when I was younger and I broke up with some1 it was pretty hard going and I was probably a douche and half to be around. Now its more 'meh, k, but its cool to be friends or whatever - I don't care much'. But its not like I'm an amazing catch, she'll soon realise that the only thing going for me is my amazing love making, rest of me is just average :o

I'm already a grumpy old man mentally, the fact I look about 5 years younger than I am is the only thing that keeps me from trying to claim a pension.

Its not like we go praying on younger girls - I didn't know her age until after facebook (thus the reason for the thread). It'd be more of a problem if drinking age was 21 I think, well for me as it'd mean changing up my whole social scene. But I am sure there is plenty of people who date people older and younger.

I think maybe I am in a midlife crisis though, Only person I've dated before this who was younger was only 1 month younger. And most people are dark long hair, she has short blonde hair. And I've talked to her about our age difference and she says she doesn't mind at all, I think I have the biggest concern with it.

As for still being in education - so what? Most of the student nurses where I work are either mid twenties or 40+. Normally either doing a 2nd degree or changing of career.
