whats up with those wrist pains?

ive been having them on and off since i was about 14

it's a needlish pain right between my middle and index finger bones, so the middle of the wrist

sometimes i dont have it for years and other times a few times in a year
sometimes it's something ok to deal with other times it hurts like a bitch especially when i have it on both wrists at the same time

had some unexplainable pains near my shins too but no clue if there is any connection with that

now my sister started getting the exact same problem too

anyone knows what that could be or has similar problems?

i hope it's not rheumatism or such crap

ive seen a doctor many years ago but she was nothing but an unserious money making bitch so i didnt trust her diagnose

i find it weird that my sister now has it too


yesterday my mum told me that doctors told her (when i was a baby) that im likely to get rheumatism

and i looked around on the net but i didnt find something yet that shows exactly my symptoms

right now the pain is mild
but i might see a doctor when it gets worse

jk, Does it hurt all the time or only when you do certain things?
Is it a tingly kind of pain? If so it might be carpal tunnel syndrome (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carpal_tunnel_syndrome).
My mum and my grandma both had it and after a while it hurt them so much they couldn't sleep because they had to keep shaking their hands to get rid of the pain. (n)

And docters are c*nts. Maybe you can get a second opinion somewhere?

the pain comes without any reason, at some point i have to bandage up my wrists so there cant be too much movement

sometimes i got the urge to crack the wrists and do it, it feels like theres is something dislocated (on both wrists)
the pain doesnt get better or worse when i crack it but theres still that urge
