need some computer help

so i uninstalled my USB ports in the device manage [there was 4 of them] and restarted my computer like the website said i should. when i got back on a 4 bubbles in the bottom right corner popped up saying it wanted to reinstall what i uninstalled but i wasn't able to click on them quick enough and they went away. i restarted again but this time the bubbles didn't pop up. do you know where i can install all this without clicking on the bubbles, thanks.

i think you have to go to the control panel, then "add new hardware", then windows should find them, probably

turns out they automatically installed when i rebooted so they popped up in the device manager again but nothing works when i plug in my shit so i guess it's an internal error
