I exchanged a car ticket with my mom for money

Besides paying for the car ticket I gave her some money, so she will be responsible for the ticket.

It was an honest mistake. I didn't know I would get a ticket for what I did. It's hard to explain. So anyway, I won't lose any points on my driver's license! She will though, but she barely drives now. She's afraid of the big buses. And I love driving. I can't afford losing my pleasure!

No I haven't. Over here they are now offering you anger management type courses to go on in lieu of getting the points. I think that's rather quaint.

I once got some points for crashing some red lights. It was a long time ago so the points have since been wiped. The police searched my car as well :|

My sister had to do that course for going like 5km over the limit once. It's not so much anger management, but 'these are the consequences of speeding, now aren't you very bad and sorry!'. You have to pay for it, but it's worth it to have no points.

I haven't had a ticket in 12 years. At the time, I was able to take a driving quiz on a postcard and mail it in to lessen the points. dumb. but also awesome I guess.

I used to speed all the time, I just started getting smarter about where and where not to do it.

Yeah, I used to speed all the time when I was in college. But I got smarter right after graduating in 2003, and the I didn't have a car anymore. So, my ticket wasn't for speeding. I passed a red traffic light in the last minute. Actually, the traffic light was too far away from the corner I drove the car. Anyway, a mistake.:/
