okay so last week i was having really bad pains in my stomach, i couldn't even get up from bed or move at all, it just hurt so bad. I ended up going to the medical clinic and the doctor said i was just really constipated and told me that i need to start eating healthier blah blah. Oh and he told me to get some magnesium citrate to drink which I did and that made my stomache feel so much better. So my stomach ended up being fine after a couple of days. No pains or nothing. Now my stomach hurts again but not as bad. The pain is on my right side kind of by my rib cage. It hurts to walk too :( I don't know what's wrong with me. It's not the same stomach pain as before cause i'm having no trouble with bowel movements or anything.

bbb, :( i hope you feel better. cysts are mad painful, as any unfortunate lady who has had them knows. you really should heed your doctor and take care of yourself, and maybe talk to your gyn about your options in regards to not getting them again/as often. one thing i know seems to help lots of ladies is regular exercise along with healthy eating. why? fuck if i know. but it *seems* to help some people. also, tylenol/motrin.

aw, thx you. my doctor gave me some medicine so i've been feeling better already. and i'm going to my family doctor tomorrow to get a check up so i should be doing good. and i've actually changed my eating habits. i rarely eat anything sweet. except i get starbucks a lot. i'm kinda addicted :o but i've been eating super healthy, i'm just lacking in the excercising department lol.
