Hey guys just watched this video. It's the sweetest thing ever!!! Lance Armstrong talks about Adam and we get a little update on how Adam is doing. And of course about how he is riding for him tomorrow in the cancer bike run!!

I don't have a bike but I am gonna take a nice long jog today for Adam. If anybody can do a walk, run or bike ride I say go for it for Adam. (y) (y) (y)

and to address Mr. Armstrong's battle with testicular cancer which spread to his brain, he was diagnosed in October '96, finished treatment two months later, took an entire year off before he began training in January '98, placed 4th in the Vuelta a Espaņa in September '98, followed by his historical 7 consecutive Tour De France victories in July '99...

I just read that he had to be taken to the hospital. Some guys crashed and made him crash too. Poor guy.

OMG my heart dropped. First I thought you meant MCA was taken in. Poor Lance, hope he's alright. :(

And further to this...In 1817 Baron von Drais invented a walking machine that would help him get around faster. It had two same-size in-line wheels, the front one steerable, mounted in a frame which you had to straddle. The device was propelled by pushing your feet against the ground, thus rolling yourself and the device forward in a sort of gliding walk. The machine became known as the Draisienne or hobby horse. It was made entirely of wood.

I wonder how competitive Lance would be on one of these?
