I'll give out a few tips for free:

Never admit anything, don't trust anyone, stick to your story, don't let them try to be your friend because they're not and they will just use what you say against you.

Failing that and if they've got you bang to rights...

i haven't been on here in forever, but i happen to be up late and i was going to post photos.

i only do criminal defense (florida specific), but i can find the law for almost any state, and at least point you in the right direction if i can't answer your question.
