I'm not one to just spout off superfluous threads, but shit, I am just a ball of angst right now waiting for THE word.

Checkin these boards every morn with my fingers crossed and shit.

I'm certainly not bitter (like others), but damn... I AM GOING INSANE !!

...

(sorry in advance for the 'fluffish' thread. charge it to the bottle.)

dude, i just want a tour. i will travel wherever necessary for it. i made a huge huge huge huge huge error and went to a chemical brothers set instead of beastie boys at big day out festival here as a young and unknowing adolescent and have regretted it ever since. new album will be amazing but tour will be even better.

chemical brothers were massively underwhelming. may as well have been listening to a cd.

actually, yes, a tour is what i want the most too. never seen them live. been mad listenin' them for 6 years now. but it's not even about the music, you know, not about the actual performance, it's about the brothership.
gotta see them.
man.
gotta see them rockin' those mics.

I've seen the Chemical Brothers play some block rockin' beats live a few times, back in the 90's. They were ok, but would NEVER EVER in a million years choose to see them over the Beastie Boys! No way!

Going back on track I would like to know what is happening with the album too, something official and concrete would be good, its nearly June afterall.

ahh fuck it you weren't to know man, i remember not giving a toss who the pixies were when they headlined Reading Fest. 2 years after that, i began to regret that decision immensely and still do...what can you do.

anyway i agree, i'm looking forward to the album. b-boys in the cut fits right in for me. but ultimately being in that crowd down the front when they come onstage a good 20 minutes late again (i'm referring to the brixton acadme y gig 07) is what i can't wait for. anticipation!

The wait to September would be a lot easier if a high quality version of "Pop Your Balloon" leaked. Love that track so much.
