View Full Version : would it be weird
if two people who had the same last name, but weren't related in any way, were in a relationship (or maybe just banged a lot)?
recently i decided to do a google search for my email address to see if any incriminating things appeared, and i discovered that some girl with my last name and the same first initial uses that username for twitter and facebook and junk, which i love, because it dominates all the google search results so i have plenty of cover. i also looked her up on facebook because i was curious and it turns out she's kind of hot so i thought to myself "hmm"
i'm obviously not going to do anything because i'm a woman but still, it's an interesting thing to think about

a friend of mine was going out with this chick for quite a while. he was at some sort of family reunion of hers and he spotted his great aunt there.
he was all like...oh shit my great aunt is here!
and his girl was all like... that's my great aunt too.....
they ended up being related somehow
they said fuck it and kept banging each other.
^thats just wrong dude.
There is so many people in america, why do you have to fuck your relatives so much?
Yes Bob, it would be weird.
How is web dating going? I was thinking about re-joining such sites.

i dont think its that weird, if you had a tremendously unusual surname it would a bit strange. Not as strange as having the same first name.

In college I worked with a girl who lived with her boyfriend and another guy. All of them were named Chris:confused:. How do you know who the phone is for when you answer it?
I also worked with a guy whose last name was Horknocker:D. I made him show me his license b/c I didn't believe him. From then on I called him ho banger.

Here that's normal, because there are last names that are so common that many people have them, so...that's ok.

I don't find it weird. It happened to me. Well firstly, my last name is about as common as Jones and I don't have any family where she's from.
It also was strange because we had the same birthdays and her sister and my mom had the same birthday.

does she live nearby?
i think it'd be at least fun to send a message or something and see what she says. no harm, no foul?

When I was at primary school there were two kids with the surname Ashurst that went out with each other.
Then again, 'going out with someone' at primary school generally meant that you just sat next to each other a whole bunch during the day... and not a lot else. Although I wouldn't be surprised if there were actually kids screwing at that school - our bourough has the highest teenage pregnancy rate in the country

Odd that I never checked before, but on facebook there are 8 others with the same first name as me (same spelling anyways).
They are all chicks too!
I feel like be-friending them all but that would be just as weird...right?

Some dude with my surname just added me on Facebook. He looks kinda alright I s'pose, but the odd thing is that he's an American.
My surname is pretty much unpronounceable in English, so I find that rather odd. Maybe he pronounces it in a german way. Like 'Brookhausen' or something.
Anyway, I wouldn't bang him...
