Well, the vibe I get from you is that the government is overstepping by imposing the penalties (or kickback if you wish) on BP. It is undeniable that this is a man-made cataclysm of unparalleled horror is resting on their shoulders so someone needs to be paying big time - and hopefully in due time paying by sitting in a fucking jail cell somewhere.

I don't know what "vibe" your getting but I haven't even addressed this topic yet. The last post was concerning abbott's post that Dems and Repubs are similar.

What "penalties" are being imposed by the government? I haven't heard of any, please enlighten me. Obviously someone should be paying, now. The only one that should be paying for the clean up is the only one that I know of that is paying for the clean up....BP. Am I missing something? Your original post was so ambiguous that I am not even sure what it really meant or who it was meant to be attacking, therefore I did not comment on it. If you want to clarify your position I would be happy to comment.
