Why do gay women like to call women fat all the time?

Gay men can be just as catty as some straight women...sometimes, even more. My gay friends are all obsessed with image, and they diet and wear makeup just like the ladies, and a few have eating disorders. Pretty sad, actually.

gay guys are pretty judgy. once when I was dressing a window where I work, 4 gay dudes stood in the middle of the store for 20 minutes chatting and went through a list of people they knew and just mercilessly tore them apart. "he's fat", "he's so ugly, I can hardly even look at him", etc.

not everyone's like that, obviously...I think they just think they can say it because of stereotypes on t.v. and movies. My bosses are gay and can be bitchy, but they don't really talk about women too much. They've usually only said positive stuff to me about my looks if they think I've lost weight.


I'm guessing they're just teasing you. That, or they don't like you. :/ Just tell them they're fat too. or that they have weird teeth.
