Stupid is as stupid does.
I really don't understand why this is a debate. To pretend that a rapid rise in CO2 (http://climate.nasa.gov/evidence/) in the atmosphere combined with the warmest temperatures recorded in modern history have not just occurred seems sort of haphazard in itself.
Then how ignorant does one have to be to ignore carbon emissions, deforestation, concrete and corporate farming practices?
It's not natural (http://climate.nasa.gov/causes/).
The industrial activities that our modern civilization depends upon have raised atmospheric carbon dioxide levels from 280 parts per million to 379 parts per million in the last 150 years. The panel also concluded there's a better than 90 percent probability that human-produced greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide, methane and nitrous oxide have caused much of the observed increase in Earth's temperatures over the past 50 years.
Because we've crossed a threshold that has never been crossed our objectivity is tainted from multiple sources. No one can deny the above numbers and timelines. They just assign it to a different cause or as a passing phase.

eh, just enjoy the warm weather and let your kids worry about how they look in gas masks
that seems to be the mentality - make those quick profits and leave destruction for someone else to worry about (n)
solutions have been introduced day in and day out for the past 30 or so decades, some have squeezed through but remain difficult to attain for the average citizen, others have been completely squashed.
Yes global warming can be natural and more than likely the earth is naturally warming up, but why do we need to exasperate it?

Actually more than likely its NOT naturally warming up.
That's the crux of the entire argument.

^ :D Good One!
Obviously the obvious is difficult for many to understand. Like DS says it doesn't matter, no matter how many truly brilliant minds have engaged what is obvious, many will ignore the falseness of the whole scam perpetuated by Climategate and actually use it again in further debate. It's sheer ignorance.
Maybe if it is put a different way such as, Man is absolutely damaging the natural world by it's energy consumption practices.
