What's the difference between Raoul Moat and Ashley Cole?

Raoul Moat is still messing around in a Geordie bush.

Gazza has just turned up with a bag of food and supplies claiming to be Moat's mate...

...this has got to be some kind of huge wind-up?

So, Gazza, that's Paul Gascoigne (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paul_Gascoigne), has turned up at the police cordon, pissed out of his skull with the following gifts for Raoul:

- a dressing gown
- a big jacket
- chicken
- bread
- lager
- a fishing rod

offering to have a chat with the man.

This is actually a report from the Day Today.

Taser cop is going to become a legend. Or a pornstar.

Bob - this guy is an ex-con who shot his partner's new lover dead (and injured her in the shooting too). He then shot a traffic cop at random (because his partner told him she'd been seeing a police officer to scare him off as she knew he was a steroid junkie psychopath).

He fled to the countryside and has been evading 10% of the UKs police force around a small town for 6 days. He has been found and cornered at a riverbank by armed forces. He has a shotgun to his neck and we are in a classic stand-off situation - on live TV nonetheless (y)

It's kinda sick how many young Gerodie chavs on facebook are saying they know him and think he's a 'pig-killing hero' to be held in the highest regard.
