or maybe he was buying it to take home for later....no telling if he actually drank any. On a side note, when I was pregnant, I got pulled over for not coming to a complete stop at a stop sign and had a bottle of wine in the car for my husband. The cop looks at me and asked me if I had been drinking.....really?
