Hi BBMB, I need your help again. The webcam mounted in my laptop seems to have stopped working. I can't access it - when I click on the application I just get a message reading "Camera no found!" It doesn't say "Camera not found!", it says "Camera no found!". I can't think why this is going on, it was working fine a few months ago when last I used it. Do I need to reinstall a driver or something? Any ideas? Or will I never Skype again?

Go:

Control Panel>Device Manager Or right click my computer and click the device manager tab

Do you have any yellow exclamation marks? If so, try and use the tools there to diagnose the problem, your camera should be on there somewhere but solve all your exclamations.. It'll probably be just out of date drivers or some other software you installed along the way is conflicting.

That is plan B. If you've recently changed anything, uninstall it and see it fix it.

Fixed it! Not sure how or why it wasn't working before... but it's good to go. Truly excellent.
