Woman in the library next to me is talking to her parole officer about her files.

"I just need 98 dollars to pay off my victim so I can get off probabtion. So I can just send a money order? -- and what about my other file?
How much on that one?"

Yikes, lady. How many victims do you have?

She keeps saying "my victim" as casually as can be. It's unsettling.

Now she's talking to some guy on the phone (her phone is loud enough that I can hear it's a guy). She's sitting cross-legged in a chair,
wearing gray sweats and a thermal undershirt, eating a Jack in the Box breakfast pita and licking her fingers.

"I just stained my shirt. My white thermal. Ketchup."

She's sort of cute in a way.
