Sabotage isn't really a big favorite of mine either. It's a nice show closer because of the dramatic pauses and the frenzy it causes...but the album version is much better than any live performance.

I would like to see them take KP's suggestion and open a show with it.

I really loved the MTV awards performance they did of Sabotage with their tux and all of the confetti falling around them. Plus I remember rushing home from school and anticipating the show and then just being blown away. I use to love watching the award shows because the live bands were off the hook and this was just one of the most memorable ones I think ever to grace the MTV stage. (y)

I really enjoyed their sabotage performance at the latin mtv vma's. It was during the to the 5 boroughs period. it was pretty good.

Letterman was my favorite.
He gave them a pretty awesome intro with the album being number 1, and saying..."Beastie Boys...kids!!!"

Taped it the first time it came on and the rerun of it months later lol.
I was in high School then and remember staying up late to catch it and
ripping the audio of it through my Fathers receiver to tape just to play in my walkman on the way to school next morning.

I noticed everywhere I went that Viacom is taking the clips down due to copyright.

Sweet, thanks so much! I hate viacom, they've taken off a lot of BB stuff and I can't find anywhere else now. I am gonna start saving these clips on my computer in case something like that happens again!

Edit: I highly recommend that DVD collection of the BB's, I believe this performance is on there, need to check for sure though.. but it has good rare stuff.

I like the newer versions of sabotage to, but i dunno......I think I'd take a choppy audio version of Sabotage from 94 than a 10/10 version of the song in 2004.
