Can anybody track this girl down and kill her? It's one of the most evil cold hearted things anybody can do. I mean I know this happens all of the time but maybe somebody will catch her since they were dumb enough to put it on you-tube which it's been taken down since then.

Oh my, I don't like dogs but I don't want to see anything come to harm like that.
But, to put a relative context thought on it - I bet these people live on farms. They are used to culling animals when they don't become useful. Be it, dog, cat, cow, rat, chickens. Can't deny that doesn't happen a lot, dog and cat litters can be a pest to farm owners, when you have a pest you you kill it, its done with rats, locust etc. But there are kinder ways to kill a litter, I'm just saying its the method used not the result that should be the main issue.

I couldn't watch that video all the way through. So cruel. I don't understand how anyone could harm something so innocent and defenseless.

I couldn't watch it all the way through either but I think they are passing the video around so that way hopefully they get enough information on the source of it.
The farm theory makes sense but if this is what they think is normal then these farms should all be investigated! And they are puppies, I mean don't puppies have a better chance of being adopted? It angers me so much I hope she is found out and action is taken!
the thought of it makes me feel ill. couldn't even watch it.

someone on 4chan is sure to track that person down.
That's pretty hard to watch. I'm not very conditioned to cold realities of farm life. Still seems harsh to me.
Also, remember this scene from Spun?

It made HLN Prime news today. I sent in the tip last night and apparently so did many others! I am so glad. I hope Jane Velez Mitchell mentions it on her show as well.
I loved the movie Spun but yeah that scene was horrible.
There is also no worse-a-punishment than a video of you doing something stupid that tugs at the hearts strings of the masses going viral.

what a tool.
with any justice, this video will haunt her for the rest of her life and make it difficult for her to achieve anything.

But she's already achieved so much more than we could ever hope to. Plus this could just be me being naive but I don't think the kind of towns where people throw unwanted kittens in the nearest river are checking Twitter for the latest web meme... or would give a shit that people are disposing of aforementioned felines in such a manner, for that matter.

its beyond a 'meme on Twitter', its a news story.

That's funny because I read a newspaper today (not a tabloid) and there was no mention of it. Don't recall it any time in the last few weeks either. Maybe because most people who read proper newspapers realise that this kind of thing is part of other people's culture, and was even acceptable in the west until relatively recently.
I don't agree with animal cruelty but in countries where they don't have neutering for animals the disposal of unwanted litters is a part of everyday life.
