I help run a message board, there is about two posts a day but they are needed. Anyway, we get about 30 pieces of spam a day on the forums where you can post without registering. Therefore, we monitor those posts before approving them so we have a similar message.

People like Judy Garland Message Board (JGMB) are helping keep the spam down on the web (y)
