I can guarantee that weight loss is not by personal choice. I think he's sporting the beard to cover up how thin his face became because of his treatments.

Just look at a photo when he had his hair the same way with no beard. He has fullness in his cheeks etc.... He looks healthy!

I think its awesome how well he's doing with his film distribution company. When he started it I thought it was going to be like, you know, a movie a year or something he would direct once every few years. But they are legitimate, man. As a pretty big film fan they have picked up some really, really good movies. I see him being a force in the indies for as long as he wants to be.

Yauch's been rocking beards in pictures for two decades.

but you may be right. On the other hand, with radiation treatment, the might have had to shave the target area. I'm pretty sure the radiation part of treatment has been over with for quite some time now.

I definitely notice some uneven symmetry going on with Adam's face. This is more than likely due to the actual surgery itself, creating somewhat of a hole near the jawline area. this is common for this type of surgery...

great to see him healing and coming around the way.

I did notice a small change in the message boards: they switched their link from beastieboys.com/bbs to bbs.beastieboys.com, and an old admin came in and made a test post/thread the other day after a brief period when the message boards were down...

it was admin BeastieBoys.com, with the Sasquatch avatar, last posted in 2006, his post was in Beastie General, titled "Test Post" or something like that, with a ;) as the body of the thread itself.


Oh, and "The Committee" would be an acceptable title for the new album when it is inevitably released.

I'd have to agree with that. Looking at the other photos without all of the harsh lighting he looked way better but camera should put weight on you and he still looked skinny. But I'm not complaining, I'm glad to see he's out doing more stuff so that's a good sign!!! And the boots, way cool! (y)
