None of it seems to make any sense. What a waste. I see why people have kids now; because it's a good way to say you've achieved something. How come it's all so boring now?

Working in under 5s all I see is people moaning about their kids, becoming ill because of them or abusing them.

PS3 and xbox have a proper implemented achievement system - I'd recommend that before kids personally.

you should start building bird houses. and then adopt a kid to hold your nails while you build the bird houses.

I'm planning on adopting a 10 year old when I'm 40.

your cutting it a bit fine to adopt a 10 year old in two weeks:p

srsly, a hobby sounds like the answer but not a shit one like collecting something, learn a new skill.

tbh i made that "gag" without any real clue how old you were. I'm nearly 40 and not lookin forward to it all, not sure why i have never been arsed about landmarks before.
i suppose that all ties in with this thread. I think i have similar feelings about not having achieved enough but not knowing what to strive for other than putting my family first.

I don't know, most of my friends have kids but the few that don't are jet setters including me! My best friend is a flight attendant, no kids, travels and meets new people, she's always up to something. I think you just need to find stuff that really interests you and focus on it and try and do it.

KP as a flight attendant. ha!

he'd be the type to try and make up a dance to go along with the safety demonstration and harass his male coworkers more than the female ones

what were you doing before you stopped knowing what you were doing?

Just sitting, mostly. Looking at stuff. Or just looking.

I might write a book. It will be shit though, and there's no money in it. Really I just want to tell people I've written, without the work of the writing part. I have about 24 reasonable ideas, and about 6 pretty decent ones.

Hey man, thanks for upping this. I don't know how I'm going to overcome this latest mental challenge, but I know I will. It's good to be reminded of the task at hand. :D
