Rules for siesta:

A siesta needs to happen before 2pm, never to late
A siesta should not be in your bed, either couch or recliner … don’t get to comfortable
A siesta should not exceed 20 minutes
The first time you wake up from a siesta, you get up, never go down from round 2
enjoy...

I always wish for two things at my work place: a nap room and a gym.

One day, one day.

I really think public nap houses would make millions. Just put in a buck or two for a nice comfy cot or something that could be cleaned easily, you get a private space and are woken up by something soothing and gradual. College libraries would cease to exist.

Siesta rule #999:

Always have a cup of coffee right next to you for when you wake up to help you get up. When you open your eyes, dump it on your face first thing. Always does the trick (y)

In South Korea, they have napping DOWN!

I've seen locals sleeping on benches, on the grass, and pretty much every lobby I've been in here. Not homeless people, just people who decided it was naptime.
