That Rocks (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DX1iplQQJTo&feature=player_embedded), of course I guess it barely got on the air (http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-31749_162-20019160-10391698.html). Reverse publicity that works. now if Banksy could do the Glenn Beck Show.

no other show takes the piss out of itself like the simpsons. its a real ballsy move letting banksy have a dig and its worked. Although i dont think it was entirely his idea, they have alluded to similar themes before.

shit that guy still doing stuff?

Ha. He was "doing stuff" more than 20 years before the media picked up on him and he'll be "doing stuff" for a long time after. Bristol is full of his sort and there'll always be a place for his art there.
PS
The intro is good.
PPS
The roast is good.

Word. Read the article on page 2 of this (http://issuu.com/uwesu/docs/issuu102).
(One of my friends has just become editor and it's actually a brilliant read for what it is, I know the guy the story is about too)

^Article read like a bit of a storm in a teacup, but it was quite well written, although the stereotyping about what kind of people are opposed to graffiti was a bit predictable.
I suppose these things are, by some people, associated with gangs and violence and stuff. But that could be attributed to the wowsers who oppose everything. Some people just plain don't like graffiti. Me, I love that for as long as people have been able to write and draw, they've been doing it on things they shouldn't. Our history will be peppered with tributes to the war between the establishment and the inventive. Even if it's just drawing cocks on things.
Anyway, artists/graf-writers over time have suffered more for their art than that, and as a result the dude in question seems soft (only how the article portrays him), police fuck up or not. Civil liberties are always good fodder for this type of paper, their readership would eat it right up, all proper concerned and that.
On topic: The best thing about The Simpsons is now its couch gags. Sad.

You realise it's just a uni paper, right? The dude who edits it didn't write that piece and I agree it's not the best written, but the presentation and content are 1,000x better than they were a year ago. It's actually a relevant source of news and shit now.
I wouldn't say dude is soft for holding back and letting that pig bitch make a cunt of herself. He's just a chilled guy.

Nah is well writ, just thought that running the story makes graf kid seem like a wuss. Like, take your medicine. They complain on his behalf like he's actually bothered, which I'm sure isn't the case.

I guess, but that's them being all anti-establishment and shit. He did say "it was minor" though, which people use in a slang sense to mean the police officer was a pussy/he has bigger problems to worry about.

Oh ok. I thought he meant it was one of those Chilean blokes from underground who had accosted him.

Speaking of cocks, I was talking to a bloke who spent some time with cock-fighters in Indonesia and that shit sounds fucked up. They wind the cocks right up before they send em out to battle. I don't know how they do that. Fry an egg in front of them?
