It appears she was laid off before the bill passed - Rehired as a sub, released again because of low enrollment, unfortunately teaching isn't a surefire job ya know.

TPS has two years to use this money and by the looks of it and my impression is they're reserving it for the budget next fiscal year.

So I'm guessing you were hoping for a powerful teachers' union to strong arm her way into a position?
