Its format, privacy issues and general annoyance of 'friends' having updates like "one in three people today will die because you didn't copy paste this into your status, most people won't care, show you did by copy pasting..."

Also with twitter and its fake hysterical protests where no one has to do anything other than click a couple of mouse buttons. I love twitter tho but hate getting sucked into the latest trends.

Actually Facebook has become more popular in my country this year. Orkut is the most popular one between Brazilians. We took over it since 2004.:pMost people have both. My Space is the less popular around here.
