I mentioned this show a while back in a different thread. Any fans? The first season was good enough to hold my interest, but Season 2 was exponentially better. I'm very cautious considering HBO only gave them 5 episodes for the first 2 seasons which kind of tells me that they don't have all that much faith in the show thus far. Also that the show is humming along while Zach Galifianakis is concurrently blowing up on the big screen. But come on, Jason Schwartzman, Zach, and Ted Danson? Fucking brilliant. For the record, Ted is by far my favorite character.

I watched both short seasons (8 episodes each) On Demand and was instantly hooked. they just aired the Finale to Season 2 on Sunday...

it is so quirky and noir and their escapades are downright hilarious...

What a weird way to go out...

I loved everything about the show.

I saw the real Jonathan Ames in public and told him how awesome his show was. this was in between season 2 and 3

I recognized him from the role of Irwin he played in season 2
