Michigan is the only one of the fifty states to decline in population: down 0.6% to 9,883,640. We also lose one congressional house seat.

Pennsylvania always seems to have roughly the same amount of minimal growth. Looks like we gained a boat of seats back in 1910-20 and then slowly have leached them back out as people move west.
