Adam Yauch given the all clear by doctors

Can't believe this hasn't been mentioned already. Apparently this was mentioned in the Zane Lowe BBC Radio 1 interview. Apologies if it's already common knowledge around here.

I thought we had discussed it on the other thread? To me this news still didn't give a clear when Mike said they hoped to tour depending on how Yauch was. It made me think that he's still got see if he can handle that sorta schedule. It least the doctors did tell him he's cured. But you know those treatments wear the body down. I hope to see Yauch again with some weight on him. That will tell me he's doing better. :/

While I’m grateful for all the positive energy people are sending my way, reports of my being totally cancer free are exaggerated.

I was spreading the love but it's amazing how fast misinformation can travel these days. I want nothing but the best for you, Mr. Yauch and the end to this darkness is within sight. My mother passed away from cancer in '96 and the medical advancement over the last 14 years is promising.

I knew these reports were too good to be true. Mike's response was really different than was actually reported although I wanted to believe it. :(
