View Full Version : No BBoys at Coachella, but Duran Duran is just as good

Looks like I won't be visiting the desert this Spring. Ah well. (n)

Actually after the latest on Yauch I was sure they wouldn't make it there anyway. He still doesn't look healthy to me. The good in that is that I'd rather see them do their own thing and less festival stuff. (y)
PS- Yes Duran Duran is a good band!

I can't imagine that they would commit to any shows, until Yauch is free and clear. Coachella is 4 months away and a lot can happen in four months.

Duran Duran is just as good
As much as I would love to see Duran Duran, I can't imagine their show being as good as seeing the Beastie Boys live..

Sarcasm much?
Perhaps this belongs in the "other" music section, but it's my thread, so whatever...
I'm actually quite surprised at the Coachella line-up. Maybe I've been in a cave too long, but I wasn't aware that Kings of Leon and Arcade Fire were so big that they could carry their own shows as headliners. Am I just way out of it?

I don't like either band so why they are that huge is beyond me.
