I swear to it!

1 pkg frozen peas - thawed
1 8oz. jar of sundried tomatoes (with or without the olive oil)
3 cloves of garlic
kosher salt & pepper
1/4 C olive oil (subtract some of this count if the sundried tomatoes are in oil)

PUREE

best served with pita chips with chunks of salt.

mmm mmm

I am not a fan of peas, originally thought it was edamame beans (may be worth trying with edamame too). Seriously, sooo yum!

1 box of elbow noodles
1 block chedder cheese
1 block jack cheese
dry bay leaves
2 cups milk
1 table spoon flour
1 table spoon butter
1 cooked chicken
bread crumbs
salt
pepper
olive oil
Macaronni and cheese
bring water to a boil, add the olive oil and salt, when water is boiling add noodles. while noodles and cooking pour the milk in a small suace pan add the bay leaves to the milk on low heat untile little bubbles rise around the edge. grate the cheese and seperate the meat from bone on the chicken. when the noodles are done strain them and put them aside. in a large suace pan mix the butter and flour to creat a brownish paste. when the milk has little bubbles on the side add it to the flour butter mixture very slowly, stopping every now and then to mix it in. when the mixture is complete add the cheese. stir till melted. place the cooked noodles in cassarole dish add the cheese mixture season as needed. add the chicken mix it in and put the bread crumbs evenly over the top place it in the oven at 400 degrees and cook till golden brown on top
enjoy!

this is NOT good for you but VERY popular at parties (and not just everyone drunk parties... took it to a baby shower on sunday and it was a hit!)

sausage dip

Ingredients:
1lb sausage (regular breakfast or hot)
1.5 cups cheese (shredded, i use the 'mexican' shredded)
1 block cream cheese
1 can rotelle
spices - Garlic, chili powder, red pepper flakes, paprika, taco seasoning, etc... - to taste.

Directions:
1) preheat oven to 350
2) brown sausage with red pepper flakes, garlic and other spices.
3) drain grease
4) return to pan and stir in rotelle and cream cheese until melted
5) add 1/2 of cheese (i dont usually measure, about one generous handful) until all melty and yummy
6) transfer to glass baking dish (9x9 square is what i use)
7) cover with remaining cheese (another handful)
8) bake at 350 for 30 mins
9) serve with scoop chips

so yummy.
