where we find out that the day after the Grammy Awards the Radiohead band released all the preorder info for their new album The King of Limbs

www.thekingoflimbs.com

and quite a few members got excited but a couple got jaded and said the Radiohead band was overrated.

but at the end of the day it was a success.

beat me to it

even though I have a bootleg or two of some of the new tracks - some sort of preview would be nice

definitely looking forward to this - cover artwork brings an Amnesiac/Kid A feel

Now that I see the tracklist - it appears Lotus Flower, Mornin' Magpie are the only songs on this release. Unless title names have changed which is possible - considering how much the sonic nature of the songs change from their test drives live to the studio album you never know what is what.

Here is what I have - I believe some of these are Thome's solo work.

Skirting on the Surface
These are My Twisted Words (studio)
Hearing Damage
The Daily Mail
Lotus Flower (KOL)
Good Morning Magpie/Good Mornin' m'Lord (KOL) - final mixdown
Give Up the Ghost
I Froze Up
Open The Floodgates
Mouse Dog Bird
Judge, Jury, Executioner
Harry Patch (official single release)

lemme know if you're interested.

Documad - how is it?

I love the new album, I find it a lot more interesting than In Rainbows which I thought was a bit on the dull side. I'd describe it as Radiohead's dance album, or more specifically, a dance album for Thom Yorke to spaz out to.

What I have heard thus far is whingeing set to music.

Yup.

The one where he's dancing, with the claps, that's alright though (please bear in mind I liked The Eraser).

this is barely half an album. write some songs for god's sake.

Kid A is a great album, this is not.

yeah, i didn't want to rain on anyone's parade, but i prefer radiohead when they play rock n' roll. i think that new song/video is incredibly boring and weak (sorry).
