So, I've been looking for nice hostels in Europe for my big trip in September/October.

What I want is to meet nice people (especially in their 30's, but I accept 25 or over:D);
Good location. Next to subway stations, bus stations, tram...
I would like to sleep in a clean bed. comfortable, but it doesn't need to be perfect. I would also like to have curtains in the bed, but that's not mandatory. I just don't wanna wake up in the middle of the night and look at somebody's creepy eyes on me!
No mixed rooms, just girls. I'm not a lesbian....yet. But I feel more comfortable with girls.
I would like it to have security lockers, waching/dryer machine, hairdryer (although I may bring my own, I should bring almost nothing)
An ok breakfast, included would be nice, but not mandatory;
A friendly staff is definitely mandatory;
I would like it to have a nice bar;
AND I would like it to be at most 25, maybe 30 euros. But definitely at most 25. Hihiiiiii!

I've researched a lot, read lots of reviews and chose the following so far:

- London
Blue Skyes Hostel (Only 2 reviews though)
I read people saying "Palmer's Lodge" are mostly for younger people, like 18, so that doesn't interest me.

- Paris
Absolute Paris (Don't know much about it though)

- Germany (way too expensive) I couldn't find a cheaper one

- Amsterdam
Durty Nelly's Inn

- Viena
Hostel Ruthensteiner

- Prague
Hostel One

Are those good like people said? Has any of you been in better ones that would like to recommend?

Help...me?;)

There are many hostels in Europe. Bring a gun for protection or just try and ignore them. Especially the football hooligans.

Hey you up there, just because you get guns in your Happy Meals, don't be bringing them over here. ;)

Well, thanks for the help, guys...

Thank God for the internet out of this board. I don't know why I bother starting threads like this.

I feel Padster's pain now.:p

Thanks, Cosmo.:) That's was nice of you.

Yeah, I've got this site in a my favorites for sometime now, and I've read books about it and I've been to Brazilian backpacker's forum and hostelsword.com and lots of other sites and people I know experiences. I just wanted Europeans' opinions about. I can make this on my own. I just want the most I can get. No problem though. Forget I ever mentioned it.:p I just want Carnival to be over. It's too depressing!

There's a hostel called St Christophers Inn down the road from my office in London which 'looks' ok, fairly normal people hanging around outside etc

one mistake you're making is going to Munich.

I know this one from hosteswordl.com. I can't remember why I didn't chose it though. I had my reasons.:D
