Beastie shirts in Old Navy!?!

Was in Old Navy yesterday in NYC and saw that they have the classic '95 "Quadraphonic Speakers" tee available. They were grey shirts. Was a bunch of them in that collector t-shirt section along with Batman, Star Wars, 7-Up, etc.
One part of me dug it, one part of me died.
Man I feel a bit old. To think that 90s fashion is coming around again...

There was a post fairly recently about Target having Beastie Boys shirts, haven't seen one yet, I picked up a couple Check Your Head shirts within the last 6 months at JC Penny, and saw this (http://www.flickr.com/photos/37445525@N04/5112014655/in/set-72157617033789408/) at Macy's (http://www.flickr.com/photos/37445525@N04/5112178267/in/set-72157617033789408/) in Oct 2010...

So It's not unheard of finding their stuff in weird places.... I just wonder if these are "Officially" licensed shirts, or knock-offs???

I've seen one shirt in particular in a bunch of stores, But it's just a white tee with the CYH cover on it. They're always in that "vintage" section.

A little too bland for me.

Very cool. I went to stuffking.com and they only have the Cat shirt in XL. But they do have a grey beastie boys ant-eater shirt i've never seen.

Nope it was just the front.

I should go in there and look at the tag on the inside. I'm sure it's officially licensed. Otherwise that would be some lawsuit.

yeah. this reminds me when I bought the 1998 issue of Time Out New York magazine and saw a pic of Mike D wearing Nikes. Which are made in China.
This was around the time that they were quietly boycotting China-made products on behalf of Tibet.

So my local Target stores finally got in the Check Your Head shirts.

Looked at the tag "Six Fifty One" this place has a Ton of Beastie Boys shirts.

Well, I have a mate (well, an ex hook-up and my ex-bf's brother so I guess not really a mate) that screen prints random and rare photos and has a sick Polly Wog Stew shirt...that I want and prolly won't get.

My Beastie Boys shirts are D.I.Y. n stenciled with spray paint...I know, very punk rock but I'm broke so yeah, that's my way of showin my love.
