I have bought a CD off ebay (gawd help me) from a guy in Australia. It was advertised as new but it arrived yesterday without any seal and the spine of the case is quite scratched.
The CD itself is ok but I'm not convinced it's mint.

This guy claims that CDs in Australia are never sealed.

Seems unlikely. :confused:

Some stores sell plastic shrink wrapped CDs, some don't.

If you aren't satisfied with it, send it back and ask for a refund.

majority of stores don't wrap at all. i can only think of one store that does.
