Someone please explain to me

Why is it that when I'm playing Scrabble on my iPhone, I get a prompt saying that Asian, Jewish or Arab isn't a valid word but yet, n*gger is.

Edit: Spanish isn't valid either

I suck at scrabble and I'm English. I'm the exception to a lot of rules.
